FQA
1. Where is your factory located and how can I visit your factory?
Our factory located in JingXian City, Hebei Province. 1 Hour far from Tianjin city, and 2 hours far from Beijing city by High-speed train.

2.What is the shipping way and terms of payment?
(1). For samples and parcels, door to door by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT ... etc;
(2). For LCL, by air or by sea, or customer forwarder/agent also acceptable;
(3). Wester union, T/T 30% down payment and 70% before shipping.

3.What is the production period normally?
(1). Samples: within 7 working days.
(2). Normal order: 20 to 45 days.

4. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in fiber cloth or woven bag. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
 
5. What's the order procedure?
First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM.
Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation.
You will be requested to do pr -epaid full payment or deposit before we go into production.
After we get the deposit, we start to process the order.
We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock.
Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.
After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
