Rui Chen Sealing Co., Ltd was built in 2006, now there are more than 200 staffs. The company has two branches in Guangdong and Jiangxi, They are Dongguan Rui Chen Sealing Co., Ltd. and Shangrao Rui Chen Sealing Co., Ltd.. Our factory mainly produce industrial rubber products , OEM welcomed.

Our company aims at meeting the needs of customers, meanwhile, we have good faith, keep a contact and ensure the quality of products. When necessary we will assist customers to do the relevant design (such as mold development), saving resources in the development of new products, shorten the development cycle, reduce the potential failure. Process Flow:
 
Raw material test → Prescribe → Mixing Material → Cutting Material → First Cure → First Part Inspection → Casual Inspection → Burr Dealing → Eye Inspection → IPQC → Washing or Grinding → Post Cure → FQC → Packing

Packing & Delivery:

After industrial rubber products produced. we will package and delivery them.
Packing: PE bags inside, carton outside, labels pasted;
        Carton sizes: 46cm*46cm*33cm, 33cm*33cm*33cm.
Delivery: Small quantity by air, large quantity by ship.
