Dlian Lushun Shanrong Rubber Co., Ltd. Is founded in 2005, a Sino-Japan joint venture specialized in seal components, damping pads, and all kinds industrial rubber products, Located in Roud 559 Sanjianpu Section Lushunkou District Dalian City. It′s 27km away from Dalian Airport, and the neighbour of Danda Highway, the transportation here is well developed.
There are more than 100 employees. We mainly introduce the technology from our Japan partners and Qingdao Science & Technology University, also from the Shenyang Rubber Research And Designing Institute, which is one of China′s four famous Academy of rubber. We have the world class capability in R& D and manufacturing, especially in synthetic rubbers and other special rubbers, such as NBR, IIR, EPDM, CR, SIR, FKM, PU, HNBR, Chlorohydrin Rubber and FRA, etc.
Our products are mainly used as supports for auto appliance, household electrical appliance, electric industry, motor and mechanical equipment. The seal components, damping pads, insulating pieces, protective products, etc. Most of them are exported to Asia, North America, Europe and other countries. We have not only passed the Certification of ISO9001 Quality Management System and the ISO14001 Environment Managements System, but also joined Alibaba′s Gold Supplier and obtained Alibaba′s entity supplier assessment certificate. To ensure the high quality of our products, we brought in 6S production management system from our Japan partners.
