Regarding the "Hose Rubber Tensile Strength": 
Rubber Tensile Strength - means when use a "strength" to pull the Rubber Layer until it break, this "strength" is Rubber Tensile Strength.
The "Tensile Strength" of  Fuel Dispenser Hose according to International Standard EN1360: 2005  for both inner tube and outer tube should be equal to or above 9.0MPA.  
And the Strength  for our Hose Inner Tube is 11.5MPA, the outer tube is 9.2MPA.
